Hay Fever Care Pack by Arogyam Ayurveda is a classic combination of allergy tablets, an avaleha, and a nasal solution. All worked together efficiently to avoid and cure symptoms of common respiratory ailments such as allergy rhinitis, runny nose, itchy eyes, congestion, sneezing, and sinusitis. It helps strengthen the lining of the nasal passage and enhance the sensory organs. It helps keep the nasal passage clear of allergens, pollens, dust particles, phlegm, etc.
Dosage:
Arogyam Allergy Rakshak Ghee: Put the glass bottle in a bowl of warm water. When it becomes liquid, put 2 drops of this Allergy Rakshak Ghee in the nostrils with the dropper given alongside. Inhale deeply and rest for at least 5 minutes with your head tilted slightly upward, and spit out the mucous secretion. Or use as prescribed by the physician.
Arogyam Chitrak Haritaki Avaleha: Take 1-2 teaspoons a day preferably in the morning or half teaspoons twice a day. It can be mixed with warm water and milk. It is advisable for both children (Above 3 years of age) and adults as prescribed by the physician.
Arogyam U.R.T. Tablets for Allergies: Take 1 tablet 3 times a day after meal or as directed by the Physician.
