both works ..have tested the effect …I had chronic knee pain..so started eating 2 of each twice a day .. after a month the knee pain almost got cured .. but due to my laziness , i stopped eating these .. nd the knee pain worsened after 15 days .. so i am ordering them again .. now will eat it regularly for at least 6 months before discontinuing ..
